Behind the Park: Restoring Central Park’s Historic Dairy

The Dairy is one of Central Park’s most prominent and important historic structures, created in 1871 as an eatery to serve young children fresh milk, and later transformed into the Park’s first visitor center. The Dairy is currently undergoing a significant restoration project.
